Cheesecloth

I am using the Pure Acres Farm cheesecloth to drain the whey from vanilla yoghurt. It’s fine weave is perfect for this.  

 I use Mountain High Vanilla Yoghurt. Read the label... this is good stuff.

A few hours later a pint of whey was collected. I'll drink this whey or use it as part of the wet mix for my pancakes, waffles, and hoecakes.

A few minutes later these where gone. A dollop on each piece of einkorn toast is perfect.
