PitmasterIQ 110

What can I say, I love BBQ. I'm a backyard BBQ lifestyle enthusiast.

Well worth the two weeks wait caused by the flood of orders resulting from Alton Brown's show. I installed it in less than 30 minutes and it works exactly as promised. It’s GREAT. Finally, I can get that old Webber to do ribs well. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Here are the parts.

Tape over two of the inlets and attach the bell. They designed it to attach with a butterfly bolt that goes through one of the big holes. Very simple and easy to install so, very good.

The setup like Alton Brown and the instructions show.

Add 40 - 50 briquets and 10 starter briquets.

Start up the coals, allow the cooker to get up to temperature (225 deg. F) and four hours later- perfectly done ribs!
